Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 1 – 3 working days after placing the order, depending on your location.

Our Delivery Options:

1. Door-to-Door Courier Service
   • Provided nationally by The Courier Guy.
   • Delivery charge: R120.00 (standard).
   • Estimated delivery times:
     • Johannesburg (local main areas): 1 – 2 business days
     • Main centres: 2 – 4 business days
     • Regional & outlying areas: 3 – 5 business days
   ⚠️ Please note: Certain high-risk or remote areas may attract an additional surcharge as determined by The Courier Guy.
2. PostNet to PostNet
   • Convenient collection at your nearest PostNet branch.
   • Delivery charge: R110
   • Estimated delivery: 2 – 4 business days
3. PEP PAXI Service
   • Collection from your selected PEP Store.
   • Delivery charge: R60.00 – R110.00 (depending on parcel size & speed option).
   • Estimated delivery: 3 – 7 business days
4. Uber Deliveries (Johannesburg Only)
   • Same-day or next-day delivery (depending on availability).
   • Delivery charge: Calculated based on distance.
   • Available for urgent orders within Johannesburg and selected surrounding areas.

Important Notes:

• Courier partners deliver to street addresses only and do not service malls, chain stores, plots, farms, mines, or certain outlying towns/townships.
• If delivery to your address is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method (e.g., PostNet or PEP collection).
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm (excluding weekends & public holidays).
