Since antiquity, people have used Mullein to feel good and to look good. In ancient Greece, doctors prescribed it for many ailments, including the common cold. Greek women rubbed their cheeks with the leaves for an alluring glow. Though the Mullein plant is technically considered a weed, Mullein is known to do great things for the human body. Mullein Tea is commonly used for symptoms of the common cold, asthma, and hay fever.
Steeping Directions:
Pour one cup of fresh boiling water over tea, steep 4-6 minutes. The longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavor. Lemon or honey may be added.
