Mode of use Option 1 Apply to both clean hair and scalp,massage for atleast 5 minutes. Use 2 to 3 times daily or every other day. Wash hair weekly to avoid product build up.
Option 2 Hot oil treatment Once a week warm oil (not hot) and apply from root to top tip of the hair before shampooing. Massage for atleast 5 minutes then let it sit for 30mins to an hour with a shower cap on.
